PETL 401
The mechanoPETL is useful when you need to apply forces inside of channels or chambers. A thin flexible membrane is pneumatically actuated for fluid displacement or for exerting pressure on micro organs and/or tissues. For example, whole Drosophila embryos or their isolated organs can be compressed for mechanobiology studies. The bottom layer is a microscope slide, so imaging can take place at all stages of the experiment. As always, channel and chamber arrangements can be modified to fit your experimental system: contact@petlfluidics.com
